What services do you offer?

Most alterations and sewing services, including same day sewing! I’ll also start offering classes soon, so keep an eye on this site and my social medias.
I do not alter bridal gowns or replace/repair zippers at this time.

Each individual sewing or alteration task has its own set price. At a fitting or consultation, we’ll go through each individual task that needs to be completed, and you’ll get a chance to review the ticket and ask me any questions. Payment is due upfront at the end of your fitting if you decide to go forward. If you decide to wait, there is no fee or obligation!

How much do alterations usually cost?

Pricing can vary based on how complex an alteration is, any specialty fabrics or stitching styles, etc. Typically, most individual tasks cost somewhere between $15 and $40, usually about $5-$10 more for same day convenience. Typically, a garment usually only requires 1-4 tasks.
what forms of payment do you accept?

Cash or online card payment. I’ll soon be able to offer payments on-site through a Square reader. Store payments can be made by card, PayPal, or Afterpay.
Refunds will only be offered for sewing or alterations projects if there is irreversible damage or loss or if the projected timeline for completion is not honored. If same-day alterations are not able to be completed that day, the extra convenience fee will be returned.
Store orders will only be refunded if there is a production mistake made by the manufacturer, or if the shipment has been lost or damaged. Each item is custom made by a third party for every order, so we cannot offer returns. Please reach out with any questions about materials, sizing, or variations before ordering.
