At The Lucky Button, I love making magic happen for you! But because I’m a one-person show, a ghosted appointment doesn't just hurt my feelings: it hurts my business. To keep things fair, here’s the deal:

The 24-Hour Boundary

Life is unpredictable! If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Less than 24 hours? A $15 fee will be charged to your card on file.

The "10-Minute" Rule (aka No-Shows)

My appointments are short and sweet. If you are 10 minutes late or more, it officially counts as a No-Show. At that point, we won't have enough time to finish your service without bumping into the next person's glow-up.

• No-shows (including being 10+ mins late) will be charged the $15 fee.

The "Life Happens" Clause

Car won't start? Absolute emergency? Reach out. We‘re all human.

By making an appointment, you're agreeing to these terms and promise not to leave me hanging!
